Wilton Non-Stick Metal Brownie Bar Pan, 12-Cavity

This Wilton pan is super fun and does not stick. I love the square shape for muffins and cupcakes. I used a blueberry muffin recipe for my first batch in the pan, and they came out perfect. The color of the pan seems to help with even browning. And, the release was easy and clean. This is a pan which I prefer to hand wash, as really there is nothing to clean up. The size is perfect for baking, with filling half full. The muffin rose easily and browned to perfection. The pan is a nice weight and feels sturdy. The metal is well constructed and the squares are even to the bottom and not tapered at all. Wilton is a brand name to trust. This pan comes with nicely printed directions on the thick paper cover along with recommendations for overall care and use. This is a great pan and one that I am so happy to have in my kitchen.

I have this as a gift and that person loves it. I have one that is made by someone else and costs a lot more. This one performs just as good as the other one I have! I would have bought this one if I had found it before I bought the pricey one.

I am extremely pleased with this Wilton non stick brownie bar pan! I have always been a huge fan of Wilton baking products and recently recieved this pan and i can't wait to bake some brownies as well as square cupcakes. Wilton bakeware is dishwasher safe, however, i wash all my pans by hand to ensure clean corners. I know this Wilton brownie bar pan will last years as i have other Wilton bakewear that is still in great shape for being used many times. I am so excited to start baking with this pan, many ideas for the near future, like tomorrow.

Loved the Milton non stick baking pan Just the right size for my corn muffins I usually make the round muffins but Great difference making the square. I Was amazed at how quickly they were Done and not scorched or burnt the Muffins slipped right out of the pan Using the baking cups I think I will now Be using this pan for my Christmas Brownies using baking cups...there Will be no more sticking to the 8x8 Foil pans and having to do three pans to Get 12 brownies. This pan is very Sturdy it washes very easily no food Sticking to bottom or side of the pan. I am looking forward to doing my Brownies for the holidays and making Cupcakes with my grandson. I think this is my new favorite brownie pan! I'm always making brownies for the hubby and kids and they all love the edges so I've tried using so many different types of brownie pans but none of them even compare to this one in my opinion. With the other pans I've tried either the brownies were too small or too big and the latest one I've tried is supposed to make each piece have edges but you put a metal piece in after you put the batter in and the brownies never turn out right and instead of them all having crispy edges, none of them do. This Wilton pan is totally different and so far I absolutely love it! I really like that I can make different thickness of brownies in one pan! Solve of my kids like the thicker ones and others prefer the thinner ones so this was my first time using this pan and I made different thicknesses and they all turned out just perfect! I highly recommend this pan 1 million percent! Its dishwasher safe, super easy to clean and non stick.

I know this pan is called a brownie bar pan but I did not have the ingredients or mix to make brownies in this when I first got it. What I did have was a box of confetti cake mix and some vanilla frosting. The cakes turned out adorable. I sprayed each slot with vegetable oil and then filled each half way with cake batter. Cooked at 350 for 20 mins and they were perfect. None of them stuck to the pan. I was pleasantly surprised. No little cake liners needed! This pan is my new go to pan. Especially for parties or gatherings.

I decided to try out the Wilton Nonstick Brownie Bar Pan and make some yummy brownies. There are 12 sections so you can make 12 brownies. The mix I use allowed me to make 9 brownies. I filled the sections less then half way and let it bake according to the directions on the box mix. The brownies came out good, not a hard outer crust, for those who aren't fans of the end pieces because of this. The brownies came out very tasty and evenly cooked. The best part of the pan is no cutting! Just lift the brownie from then pan and enjoy. The pan is very easy to clean too. My new favorite way to make brownies.

I love the idea of having brownies or small cakes with all the sides being crispy instead of only the outside edges as it would be in a 9 X 13 pan cut into pieces. I did not have the ingredients for brownies on hand so made small individual coffee cakes and they were great. Wilton makes great cooking products and this is something that I will use a lot in the future. I like the idea of being able to use my imagination to make different things in it too.

This Wilton Non-Stick Metal Brownie Bar Pan is awesome! I've been wanting to get one of these types of pans for a while and glad I finally did. The brownie just tastes better as individual brownies and not a big pan that you cut into pieces. So much less mess and hassle. They come out of the pan easily. Love it!

I love the shape of the pan and how deep the pockets are but when i tried to make brownies in it it didnt turn out so great. I cooked them according to the box and well they came out hard as rocks. Not sure what i did wrong but i did something or the pan just dint like me lol. I am going to try cupcakes next time.
