Wilton Nonstick Mini Fluted Tube Pan 6-Cavity Bakeware Set, 2-Piece

Love this cake pan set. These are good for making mini cakes or mini upside down cakes. To be honest you could use these mini cake pans for whatever you feel would work like mini jello fruit cakes or a different take on mini egg muffins or various desserts.

I've been using Wilton cake pans for more than 40 years now, but I've never used a fluted tube or a bundt cake pan. Not even the full-size pans. When I got the opportunity to try out these adorable mini fluted tube cake pans, I couldn't resist. I'm so glad that I did too! These are heavy pans just like you would expect from Wilton. The pans measure 16 1/4" x 10 inches. The mini cakes each measure about 4 1/4" on the base and are about 1 3/4" deep. The non-stick part works better than I thought it would. All I needed to do was a quick spray of cooking oil, no need to flour the pan at all. I baked a batch of cake donuts I got from a recipe online in one pan and a chocolate magic cake recipe for an 8x8 inch pan that I've had for ages in the other pan. I'm glad that I baked two different batters on the same day as it taught me something about these pans. The cake donuts popped right out as soon as they came out of the oven. I was able to dunk them in some cinnamon and sugar while they were still hot. The chocolate magic cake needed to cool off upside down (put a cookie sheet over the top of the pan, use potholders, and hang on tight when you flip), and after a few moments, they just fell out by themselves. Clean up is a breeze with a soapy sponge. You can put them in a dishwasher, but it isn't recommended as it will eventually wear off the non-stick. These pans do come with a limited 10-year warranty and you can go to their website to read about it. One thing they don't come with is a booklet or instructions on how long to bake your mini cakes. I ended up searching online, but to my dismay, there are several sizes of mini cake pans. I baked my cake donuts for 13-18 minutes and my chocolate cakes for about 22-24 minutes, testing them with a toothpick along the way. They turned out great and I even decided to do a little 'fancy' icing on the chocolate mini cakes. I don't have a pastry bag as I don't usually get fancy, so I used a plastic sandwich bag and cut the tip off. I thought it looked pretty good for someone who has never bothered to do anything like this before.

I absolutely love these pans. The first thing I made was egg bites, ( individual omelettes), to put in freezer. They came out perfect. The next thing I made was individual meat loaves. Again, perfect.. Going to make cup cakes next. I recommend these pans to everyone.

Really great quality, non stick , dishwasher safe tube pan . My applesauce cooffee cakes baked beautifully in the this pan . Each is exactly 1 cup capacity. All may cakes cooked evenly and came out without any problems. Clean up is a breeze with a dishwasher. I plan to use mine to make a variety of different individual fat free cakes and also a jello mold .

This little buntlet pan came in today and I'm stoked to start using it! It seems to be made of Hugh quality nonstick material. The coating looks great only time will tell if it hold up and doesn't rust after many washes. It's a darker coating not a galvanized color.

I love these cute little cake pans. They are just the right size to make personalized desserts. You can make different varieties for any occasion. I used it to make Jell-O molds! I can't wait to use it for miniature Bundt cakes. We can make multiple flavors to everyone's liking.

I received the Wilton Mini Fluted Tube Cake Pan Set, 2-Piece to review and fell inlove! I use these pans to do a test batch of cheesecake and my family ate their individual cakes before I could even take a pic! These are absolutely adorable! These allow you to make individual cakes and to customize each... I cant wait to use this again, I have so many ideas! The pans are durable, non-stick and sturdy!

The quality of the mini fluted tube cake pan are great. The pans are thick and durable. I only had to add oil spray and I was able to release the mini cakes with out them being destroyed. It comes with two pans and six tube cakes per pan. It was great to make lemon bun cakes. I would recommend these cake pas to my friends and family.

These pans are solid and heavy which is a very good thing. I tested them out by making my Grandmother's mayo cake. It is a soft, tender cake but came easily out of the non stick pans. I did coat with a little olive oil first. They are easy to clean as well which is a plus. I am sure they will be used a lot.

I'm disappointed that these pans rusted where there were cavities for water to remain. I'm assuming the only way to prevent this is to completely dry it after washing and really get into every nook and cranny. I'm not a fan of the intensive process required to keep these pans usable.
