I use it for baking broccoli, zucchini, and other vegetables. I’ve found that they turn out crispier if sliced thinly. Smaller pieces of broccoli can get slightly burnt, which actually enhances the flavor compared to regular boiled broccoli. I also used this pan once for baking pizza, and it worked well. The non-stick coating is effective, and it’s easy to wash by hand. However, it doesn’t fit in my dishwasher due to its size.

These pizza pans make a great crust for pizza baking. Remove pizza with ease, no sticking at all.I had one but i needed more once i found out how well they cook the crust. This pan is a large 16 inch pan,so large enough for 8 large pieces or 12 regular size pieces. Easy to clean,use hot soapy water to wash ,rinse and dry to keep pans in best shape.Never use abrasives to clean these pans. 100% recommend this item.

This is one of several Wilton brand pans that I just bought for my daughter in law. Her cheap pans are all scratched and rusted. Wilton brand nonstick pans have a finish that lasts and lasts. They cost a little more, but you will be proud to show them off, and will not have to worry about bits of metal or rust flaking off into your food. And just watch the food slide right off of this smooth surface!

ive never had one because I'd eaten prepared pozzas. I was surprised howeasy it was to put a frozen pizza on. this pan, put it in the oven and Bingo, it was ready. Clelaning it is simple land easy. I'm not an experienced cook, and this pan did the job.

This pan I purchased to make my huge cookie cakes and it works wonderful on top of using it for multiple purposes in the oven with other things you may want to cook

Great pan, love the handles on side. I was surprised to how big the large pan is. The only problem I have is the frozen pizzas are always much smaller than the pan (and that’s not Wilton’s problem).

I was not expecting much for the price, however its well built and worked great. I was contemplating a stone, went with this and am very happy with it. I have been buying Papa Murphy's pizza but do not like the fact that the crust doesn't get crisp. This solved the problem.
