Favorite Icing for Cookie Decorating
This is my go to icing for cookie decorating. Unfortunately, it is becoming harder to find. Michaels no longer carries it and Jo-Ann Fabrics went out of business. I love this icing because it is easy to work with--the noozle allows you to control the flow, it dries quickly, tastes good, and colors are true. Am in search of another good source as holidays are right around the corner,

Runny icing
I purchased this icing in several colors because I believed it would harden on the cookies. It was quite runny- good for painting but not writing or outlining. I tried chilling it, but it was still too thin.

Poor Quality Products
Wilton used to have the best product you could buy. Not anymore. Many other brands have gone above and beyond what Wilton has to offer.
