it is very pretty on top of the cake i bought to decorate. pours easily om the cake and didnt taste bad. my kid loved how ot made the cake look like it had sparkles almost! definitely worth the buy and will buy again in the future for future birthday cakes. also theres alot in one container. barely made a dent in the bottle of sprinkles. you would definitely get plenty of uses out of one. definitely recommend!
It cost only .98 but really needed it. Only down side is this small item was sent to a Walmart 40 miles away from the rest of my items.
Love them. The did the job. They added a gold glitter touch on top of the cupcakes. Graduation celebration was a hit.
Wilton sanding sugar is colorful and decorative! My grandchildren use the lavender for Halloween cookies and spring cookies.
beautiful Sugar Crystals. totally enhance bakes items...... mainly my Chocolate Covered Strawberries.
This has more of a gunmetal color than silver. The dyes that are used to create the color will leave a brownish tint on most anything it gets on if damp. Made well for the effect I needed on a cake, though.
The sugar is fine and the colors are nice. The holes in the bottle are way too big...used this for cookies, just wanted a touch of color and was so hard to keep it light with several large holes. I would think a company that specializes in decorating supplies would realize this. Will look for another bottle or just add a pinch by hand when using this sugar for cookies.
Nice finishing touch for baked goods. But too fine to shake. I poured a little in my palm and sprinkled it with my fingers for better control.
What can I say. It's Wilton. I took a chance and shouldn't have. I could have colored my own table sugar. This wasn't even sanding sugar. It's just regular granulated sugar dyed gold. The color bleeds off the sugar when applied to a cake. And the sugar clumps up with the slightest bit of moisture.
This color reacts to my food every single time and turns bright blue. I can't get it to stay purple so it ruins my mardi gras bakes.
