Wilton Cake Boards take the cake!
As usual, Wilton products are excellent. These cake boards eliminate the need to cover a board with foil, and the scalloped edge makes for a very nice presentation.

I thought they would be made of plastic. I guess that info wasn't super apparent on the product webpage. Overall, it's sturdy enough cardboard covered with a thin layer of foil.
