Wilton White Cupcake Boxes, 3-Count

At Christmas time I make trays of oreo balls and dip them in chocolate. I do about six variations and these boxes are great for packaging 24 of these balls. I create two levels with 12 on the bottom and 12 on the top. I use foam core board wrapped in foil to create a top and bottom. Then I wrap the box with decorative ribbon and bows and it makes for a fantastic gift. The presentation of these little goodies made visible by the window in the box is fabulous and everybody is always floored when I tell them I made them. I wish there was a way to post a photo. Its really quite impressive.

I buy a lot of these white cupcake boxes. When I go to a lot of work to make beautiful cupcakes, some decorated or overly decorated boxes visually distract a person, so that they end up paying more attention to the design and colour of the box than to the fancy cupcakes. The first thing I want the receiver of my cupcakes to notice is the cupcakes through the window on top. If I want to add an extra touch, I just put a Wilton gold seal "Home made" sticker on the box.

Used these for holiday treats for coworkers and neighbors. It was perfect. I added Christmas ribbon.

What's not to like? It holds cupcakes like a boss and makes even my mediocre creations look classy. A tad pricey for what's basically three cardboard boxes if you buy them in the store, so I recommend buying them online which is a little cheaper.

Quality is fine, but buy only if you want plain boxes. I was disappointed as the picture shown is not listed as a decorating suggestion (as is done throughout wilton.com), so I assumed the boxes would arrive with the decorative stars attached. Wilton has many themed boxes at the same price and I thought this was one of them, so I am very disappointed that it is only a plain white box.
