The Wilton White Gum Paste was exactly what our Gingerbread House needed. I did mix it with Glucose, the gingerbread house is standing strong and hard, it and the decorations will last for years. A good product, when you know how to use it. Thank you.

Really great product easy to use tastes good has a velvety mouth feel until it hardens makes great floral, ribbon or any type of decoration for your culinary %26 confectionary needs, I am abaking %26 pastry student and used this product for making beautiful rose decorations for a 2 tier 8 layer cake

was not like gumpaste made with tylose. too crumbly . would not reccomend. not stable enough for flowers

I've tried all the other brands of gum paste and I always come back to the Wilton brand. It can be rolled paper thin which gives the flower petals an airy, natural feel. The Wilton gum paste holds it shape after it dries unlike other brands (Satin Ice) that stays more flexible and will droop and sag in unpredictable and sometimes unattractive ways. So Wilton Gum Paste is the best.

ill be fair im not sure what the deal was. this gumpaste was on clearance but so were many wilton items so i didnt think 2x about it. but the gumpaste was nearly unusable and rock hard. i dont worry about the expiration date because no one should be eating it. i used what i could to make flowers but i most likely eill not buy again at least not from walmart.

Never got it with my order
