Excellect product. I had to have two.
It cuts perfectly prepared dough. I love it (2 of them for making old fashioned pie crust. The pie crusts you find in Italy. Would definetely recommend

5 stars, for quality in engineering
Great scraper, and bench tool for the dough makers. Wish I bought the plastic scrapers with this, as I would have an over all scraper pack for my bench.

This dough scraper scrapes dough with the best of them. Since the quarantine started, like many, I took up the bread-baking hobby (with varying levels of success). I noticed that most YouTube bakers had dough scrapers, so I decided I needed one as well. It has indeed made baking so much easier. From dividing up dough to picking up super-hydrated balls—it is extremely helpful and invaluable. This particulae one is well constructed with a sturdy, sharp blade and a polycarbonate handle. Seems like it will last a good long while even beyond the quarantine.

Don't know how I functioned without it
Was so happy it came so fast! I made bread right away and what a joy to use this! Bread is messy to make and with this tool I got the job done in half the time and a fraction of the mess. I highly recommend it.
