love this product! delicious biscuits every time. perfect for biscuit challenged folks like me🤣. appreciate the recipe right on the container. very helpful. will be purchasing again. clean ingredients too.

Really liked this, it went great with veggies mixed with dill seasoning.

Haven't had a chance to use this yet, but I did not like the fact that it had to be shipped to me from a 3rd party seller instead of having the item in stock when my grocery order was placed.

Not sure about all ingredients..thought it would be just buttermilk with preservative.. Added to recipe but could not tell if is rose or expanded any more..will try again.

No directions on container. I emailed the manufacturer twice but received no response.

I haven't used it for very much simply because there are no instructions given for how to mix it to create liquid buttermilk, which I use in recipes. I cannot understand why something so essential would be omitted.

Haven't tried this product yet, but I do like the convenience of the jar it is packaged in, making measuring so much easier. I am sure I will be pleased with the results.

For liquid buttermilk, mix 3 level tablespoons to 1 cup of water. I got these instructions from a different brand of buttermilk powder. Hope this works for this product. Pretty sad when a company doesn't give you any instructions as to how to mix their product. ps-I did not purchase this product. Just putting info out there for others to use.
