Great for hot chocolate. Especially when on a sugar free diet. You can add whatever sweetener you use.

Good cocoa. They should have wrapped the jar in a cushioned wrap before inserting it in the envelope. Corners were all dented, luckily it did not crack yet.

Tastes good so no problem there, but will get a lite brown look to your cocoa.

Excellent cocoa quality, worked great in the recipes I tried it in. A bonus was the jar was filled to the very top of the jar. Would buy again.

It has twice the carbs of penzys or ghiradelle Dutch chocolate. I am keto so I returned it. It doesnt return to the store so it took some driving to get it accepted at a fedex store.
