Nice alternative to brown sugar
Happy to find this variety since many recipes we use recommend it. Basically the taste is similar to brown sugar, but lighter since they don't use molasses to produce it. Great for oriental dishes.

Love it. I use same measurement as regular sugar and sometimes 1/4 cup less. Wonderful stuff. I am a diabetic. This sugar has half the calories. I use it in all my baking.

more molasses added?
From the ingredients list it appears that more molasses is added. I'm unclear if this is true sucanat.

I would never get this again
It said it was healthier, and very rich flavor, stating a little goes a long way..... I found that it literally has no flavor at all....
