Windex Outdoor All-In-One Glass Cleaning Tool Starter Kit, 1 ct

I used the Windex all-in-one cleaning tool on all my windows and they turned out great. No striking. Just spray the windows with the hose, then clean with the tool and pad that comes in one box, then rinse wah lah done. It's that easy and they"ll look good. You get 20 cleanings out of one pad.

I used this product many times before, loaned it to a friend and didn't get it back. I looked in several stores locally, including Walmart, and since I needed it very soon found it on Walmart.com. I have 18 panels of sliding glass around my sunroom, too high for me to reach, and this method of washing them works fine. It is easy, the windows are clean, and there are no water spots or streaks. I wash all the windows around the house, and will never wash them any other way. Ordering the kit was easy, and the delivery was really fast.

This greatly simplified washing my windows. I was able to get them sparkling on the outside in just a few minutes. My only beef was having to order the kit on line. I was unable to find it in any store in the city where I live. However, the fact that by actually picking it up at Walmart I didn't have to pay postage and handling, softened the frustration.

This is one of my best purchases to date. You do not have to dry the windows and they do not streak. You simply spray your window with a water hose, use the pad and pole attachment to clean the window, then rinse. I cleaned my entire house (26 outside windows) in less than an hour with only two pads (only one pad comes in the starter kit, so buy a pack of the refills). My windows had not been cleaned in a very long time, which is why I used two pads. The next time, it will only take one to complete the whole house. The cleaning agent is also in the pad already, so no spraying a cleaner or even worrying about that. Amazing product!!! Absolutely worth it!!!

I bought this for my 91 year old mother to wash the outside of her windows and she loves it. She says it works the best of anything she has ever tried.

The cleaner did a beautiful job, my only complaint is my windows are higher than normal so the pole didn't reach the top, luckily I had a extended pole that fit the pole that came with the cleaner.. but the cleaner did a great job so I will buy the cleaner pads for future jobs.

When I put the cleaning tool together, I could tell that there should have been an attachment that screwed into the scrubbing piece but it wasn't in the box. I think that would have made it reach the 11 feet mentioned on the box. I cleaned a window using the Windex Outdoor All In One and a different window using regular windex. The All In One made the process easier and quicker. I live in AZ so the sheeting action didn't quite work the way it should have. I'm guessing because the sun dried it faster than expected. With that being said, I used a squeegy and then a towel. Good enough for me.

I live in an apartment and do not have a water outlet outside on my patio. I purchased this item, not realizing you needed an outside water source to use it. I have a very large patio door, and being a senior citizen, cannot climb ladders to clean it. I thought with the long handle I could clean the window when I needed to. When I received the product, I assembled the handle in preparation to clean. I then read the directions of how to put the cleaning pad on the mop. To my surprise, contrary to what I thought, an outside water source was needed. Since Windex makes a sprayer that attached to a hose, I thought this product could be used without a water flow. The ads should let people know before they buy, that they need an outside water source. Alas, I cannot return the product because I assembled it. Read the box before you open it and go any further.

Wand was easy to put together. Just snap pieces together to your desired length or put all of them together. Cleaning pad attaches with velcro and you are ready to go. Cleaning pad still had plenty of cleaner on it and so far have done eight windows. Three in great room, two in media room, two bedroom and one small bathroom. Did those this a.m. while in the shade so the sun would not streak them as they dried. They did not come clean. I scrubbed well, rinsed them off and after they dried there is still a film of dirt on them. Guess it is time to break out with the spray windex, some paper towels and a step stool and do them by hand. Something I was trying to avoid. It sounded too easy. Live and learn. I'm wondering if our power sprayer would have worked better, which I would have tried first but could not find a cleaner additive for it.

The item itself works great, but there are absolutely NO refill pads available for purchase through mainstream retailers. I tried Amazon, Walmart, Target, Ace Hardware, and Tractor Supply and NONE of them had the refill pads for this. I found them on eBay for $23 a pad, which is more expensive then buying another kit. If this product had refill pads available, it would be a 5 start product, but it's a one hit wonder as it stands now.
