No fault of Walmart
I'm sorry to say that the Windmere Clothes Shaver will have to be returned. It doesn't work. When I pulled it out of the mail envelope, I heard something rattling inside. It looked like it was in good shape so I proceeded to install the battery. That's when I realized that some inside connection must have loosened in its traveling.

New battery, but will not turn on
This fabric shaver runs by a C battery. When I placed a new battery in it, it did not turn on. I tested the battery and it showed a full charge. I tried other C batteries, but the thing would not turn on. I returned it and am waiting for a refund. It was a frustrating situation.
