Great product
I take magnesium along with vitamin B2 for migraine prevention. Most stores carry magnesium oxide which can be very rough on your system. This magnesium gluconate gives me no issues and is great in my preventative care. It is also at a great price. Thanks!

Recommend this supplement
My doctor suggested this supplement as my magnesium is low. There are no side effects. Thank goodness! That's why I bought this one. The pill is not coated, however easy to take. It takes a while to build up but after a week can feel it's working.
