For the price, this air conditioner is definitely a fantastic product. It cools extremely well—after running for just a short while, the entire living room felt much cooler. Plus, it comes with plenty of accessories and an installation video, making setup very easy and straightforward. The unit offers a wide variety of modes to choose from, which is really thoughtful! The build quality is excellent, it runs smoothly and quietly, and the controls are simple to use. It's well worth the money.

This unit is great, it's not very loud and keep the house at a comfortable temperature. I really enjoy the eco button the most because it cuts the unit off and on (based on the temp you set) and the unit isn't running all day. 10 out of 10 would recommend.

I'm really happy with this AC so far! I upgraded from a 5000 BTU unit to this 8000 BTU one and the difference is amazing. It cools my room faster and keeps it nice and cool. I also love that it comes with a remote and has ECO Mode, which is super convenient. Definitely worth the purchase, especially for it being on sale.

I was impreseed by the speed of cooling for a small window unit Maybe because it is so quiet. The manufacturer says it operates at approximately 50 decibels. I believe it! It has your typical 3 speed settings Low,Medium,and High . But then it goes into different modes: Auto, cool, fan, dry, sleep, and eco! I have not had a reason to use dry mode bout everything else runs smoothly. The controls : Remote control,control panel display, and Smart Control app with your phone. It cools down to 61 degrees. And did I mention that it's quiet? Amazing. While it's not summer here we have had temperatures in the 80s and this unit never missed a beat. I hope it does as well when the humid 90s arrive. A very good buy at its price. Knowing I can set it from my phone is awesome!

This window unit has been working wonders for my Teens room. i would definitely recommend this unit.

This unit is working really well in our living room. It cools great. No problems thus far. Great product.

Well, this arrived a day later than it was supposed to. Guessing FedEx decided it needed a bath. They reinforced the one end with more cardboard to hide that they set it in a bunch of water. Not only that, but the Styrofoam was beyond damaged and not working well to prevent it from further damage. Contacting FedEx. We did take it out of the box and test it to make sure it wasn't water logged and smelling of mold. Did not notice it had gotten in the air conditioner, but the end where all the water was at, was where the plastic bag holding the directions and parts for the window were located in the box so that might have saved the air conditioner. That end was away from all the electronics of the air conditioner also. The air conditioner is very nice. Comes with a remote. Has multiple settings. Very quiet compared to our old air conditioners. Kicks out quite a bit of cold air. Worried there might be something loose inside from all the broken Styrofoam, but didn't hear it after we shut it off and back on again. Easy to adjust the settings.

Overall it works great. cools our mid size family room. My only complaint is that it is kind of noisy.

Have had it since April, installed in May, only used 1 month. Last night, loud pop and the system is out of service. Cannot find a way to return it or reach anyone at Walmart or the seller.

This ac is so loud, I am not sure why they have low noise level in the specifications it is literally the loudest ac in the house by a mile.
