Shipping was fast. Price was very reasonable. Instructions on assembly were not good at all, however the gentleman at your customer service department was terrific. He helped me so much and was extremely knowledgeable and patient.

Ac unit
It's a bit of a pain to put together, but it adds extra support for your ac unit. It allows the weight to be distributed amongst the whole bottom of the ac instead of just along the window.

some parts were not in tbe bag, thrown in the box. came with 0 instructions and there was no branding on it to find a vudeo online to set it up. i still have not set it up
