Great value for the money, very easy to install. love that it sits low on the windowsill and I still have full use of the window. I bought this for my daughters new apartment and it cools down the whole place. She is very pleased with it.

Unprofessional! Total disregard!!!
First I would like to say this is no means targeted towards Walmart.. I would like to give Walmart 5 stars because so far the air conditioner is working so far. But The delivery from Fed X is unacceptable! The delivery driver threw the air conditioner on our porch: like it was nothing but a piece of trash.. This is unacceptable, unprofessional and pure disregard for other people's property, the total disrespect from the Fed X driver is unacceptable!!!! We reported it, and hopefully we will get some results. It's a disgrace.
