I'm Sold!
Makes quick work of window cleaning. I use it outsde for all my 1st floor windows and doors. The removable pad is thick enough to remove the dirt and with the squeegee on the other side, I dont have to change tools. Because it's on a telescoping pole, I dont need a ladder and I just throw the dirty pad in the washer. I use dish soap with a bit of JetDry as my cleaning solution. I'm sold!

good tool for cleaning windows and walls
I like it because I can reach my up high windows in the upstairs you can wash them with one side and dry on the other side it also makes a good tool to use to wash down walls, the only problem I have with it is it gets limber when you extend so high but I love it works very well for me

Terrible First Impression!
I normally do not give negative reviews, but this is an exception. The shipping packaging was horrible...the handle was sticking out of the box that contained the squeegee part. The box with the squeegee was torn apart with the squeegee hanging out! I could not believe such a ridiculous way to ship! The squeegee is flimsy and cheaply made. I will have to do a second post once I try it, but my first impression is poor to say the least!
