So nice and cool with ice packs and cold water. But i like the choice of cold water then when need it cooler add ice packs. 2 gals of water means less filling it too.

Easy to set up and go. Going to be perfect for summer. I've tried the smaller types and they work for a person cooling while this works for room cooling. Love that it comes with ice packs.

large water reservoir. 6 freezer gels. low power use. low volume. well engineered, cools well. remote works well. i added box fan on medium below this unit. energy use still under 100 watt light bulb!

I would have given the item five stars but I'm giving it four stars because the remote that was provided is not the same remote that's in the manual where it showing you how to change the battery. it's a completely different remote and I cannot figure out how to open the remote to put the battery in there so that is a huge disappointment having to get up every time I need to change one of the settings. otherwise it does work very well it provides it very cool room it's more of a fan than an air conditioner but it does the job very well.
