[Windows 10 Pro] HP 15 15.6" HD Laptop Computer, AMD Ryzen 3 3250U, 16GB SDRAM, 1TB HDD + 256GB SSD, Bluetooth, WiFi, Natural Silver, w/Batteries

This Windows 10 laptop, which I specifically purchased for Windows 10, came with Windows 11 installed. The only reason I haven't returned it is because this is the fourth time this has happened and I've given up at this point, and because the 2TB of storage are nice. That aside, the laptop doesn't feel especially powerful, and the fan is LOUD. The main ventilation is in the worst possible spot, directly on the bottom of the laptop - you know, the space occupied by a flat surface or a lap, which is covered no matter how you use the device. And it starts whirring horribly as soon as I boot up the laptop, before even starting a basic task, much less a demanding one. I'm worried this thing is going to overheat and fry itself before I get many years out of it.

DO NOT BUY COMPUTERS THROUGH WALMART!!! Purchased computer in January. Unbeknownst to me, Walmart had Easy Go Tech (3rd party) upgrade the hard drive and RAM, Driver was corrupt and computer would not work. Called HP for support. They would not touch it since Walmart had it was upgraded before selling it to me. I contacted Walmart and they told me to contact Easy Go Tech. So I did. Easy go Tech said its not under warranty with them so I need to contact HP. My warranty with Walmart ends in November. A lot of passing the blame and no resolution.
