I uninstalled mcafee because it was becoming an issue with my laptop. But because it was factory equipment.I could not do a factory reset on the computer. This flashdrive solved that.

It works as described and will definitely get people out of a jam when restoring a pc to good working condition!! Although this is not a substitute for fixing internal parts that that need their own parts replaced in a pc

I tried to install/restore my windows 11 computer but the usb doesn't show any options for starting the system anew

If your cursor isnt working this wont help
Does not reboot your computer if cursor or windows is not working to some degree. I tried F12 starts 10 times and there is no way to activate a reboot and repair or recovery

Repair Program did not work.
Product sounds very good in their description and capabilities. I used it or rather tried to use it many times to restore my computer so windows 11 would open. Nothing worked. Maybe I had some kind of various or something failed on the motherboard. I will never know because the repair program did not help and I just thru my computer away.

Doesn't work - don't buy.
Tried this device on TWO different computers and ran into the same problem on both. It doesn't work. Emailed support for help. Got a response but no real help. Have to drive to Walmart to return now. Walmart and Computer Werx should do better!
