Everything turned out well
I'm not a computer person but this was very easy to figure out. It was ready to go right out of the box. It is a refurbished computer but it looks brand new. Haven't used it that much but so far so good. you can't beat the price
Wrong item shipped, totally inadequate for a Windows 11 download, and the item that was advertised was supposedly already loaded with it. Very disappointed with having to travel back and forth to computer shop, and back to Walmart to return. Lots of time and gas wasted.
This computer started working then quickly failed. We got a run around both from Walmart and Discount Computer on replacement or return. Never again. Next time we will buy from Amazon with much better and easy return option if needed.
