Very easy to assemble
The tower had a physical flaw on case , it didnt fit together just right. The set-up went great, it has what they claim in description. Keyboard did not work at all! The letter g worked, the spacebar but nothing else. Glad I had a keyboard at home otherwise I wouldn't have be able to use.
This item didn't work when I got it. Every 10 minutes it said something went wrong and it had to shut down. It was supposed to be refurbished, but it had someone's Lion King dvd in the disc drive when I got it. Sent it back for a replacement and three weeks later I don't have a replacement yet. A week ago Walmart informed me it had shipped and was to arrive today. Fed ex says they haven't received it yet, only a label was printed. When chatted with Walmart today they said it would be here today and that FedEx hadn't updated their records. This didn't sound truthful…and it wasn't. No package today. Not sure what to do except not shop at Walmart next time…..
The description of this computer does not say it's used. but it is. The computer I got has a barely working, dented door for discs. The case is dented as well. I thought I was getting a new Dell, but not the case
