Seller responded promptly when I informed them that there was no adapter nor computer instructions included with the computer. Their e-mail response was that they would gets those items sent asap. Well, it's been over 10 days waiting and nothing has been sent to me. On a good note, the computer was well packaged, very clean, small and looks good. This is a great buy for the money.

The computer was much better than I expected. It worked perfectly the first time and had a keyboard and mouse with it, which was not expected. The value was incredible. I am very surprised and very very happy.

As always the entire team at Walmart has performed with 100% perfection. I could not be any happier. Thank you for all you have done for me to make my life happier!

Cost of this up grade was the right choice

Ordered it 10/6/25 and rec/d first week of November but did not try to hook up till first week of Jan due to holidays. Unit does not work at all. Tried what we knew to try and did not work so took it to local computer shop and he tried several things and he could not get it to work. He did find a broken tab in the console and he figured the computer was dropped during shippment and probably loosened some of the inner components. How should we proceed from here?

This is a refurbished desktop, nowhere in description does it say refurbished. i don't know if it worked because I returned it to walmart for a refund.

This item took almost 3 weeks to arrive, had damage on delivery, and did not have windows 11 as advertised. I have been in contact with the seller and still have not reached a settlement. They offered to snd me a replacement, but I told them I was not interested if Windows 11 was not part of the package. I tried to upgrade to 11 on my own, but the computer was not eligible for the upgrade. The only reason I bought this item was for windows 11. Also the CD/DVD drive would not open or close so that was also useless. Needless to say I am not thrilled with this transaction, and would like to cancel the whole thing and get my money back if they cannot provide what was advertised. Thank you.

This item was never what it was supposed to be. Nowhere did the listing say "refurbished". It said it had freshly installed Windows 11 and came with paperwork. It had neither. Contacted the listing company about the missing paperwork and they tried to tell me it was all digital. I also asked where on the listing it said "refurbished" and their response was there seemed to be a "listing error". Plugged one of the computers in (I ordered 2) and it said windows 10 pro was just installed. The housing on the computers were damaged and scratched. The box came with no "fragile" stickers or markings and the delivery company just dropped it on the porch, I heard the "thud", There was a footprint on the delivery box. It came with a small cd rom that was broken. I am normally one to read the review of the company selling items and this time I didn't; shame on me. I have nothing against a refurbished computer but would like to know ahead of time what I'm buying and that the housing has some damage. Even the walmart return lady was shocked at the condition.

FedEx did a great job! where we bought this computer was not honest 100%. It was to have wifi DID NOT! WAS NOT LISTED AS RESTORED IT WAS!! THE DAMAGE TO IT NOT BOX IS IN PICTURE S. No damage to box!

It sucks. WAY TOO SLOW. !!!!
