Pros were the towel was tight fitting to keep it on the wand. Plus an additional was sent. Cons were that it was very flimsy plastic. If too much pressure applied it feels like it would snap in half. It's also not usable on the rounded part of the windshield.

Not good
This did not clean even the cleaner off the window. additionally, the piece holding the microfiber cloth is straight and plastic, so it does not work well on a curved window (like a windshield). Spend the extra 5 bucks and get the Invisible Glass wand... works way better!

For light cleaning only
Broke the first time I tried to use it. May be good for someone who doesn't have kids and just does light cleaning? Couldn't handle my grub.
