Great option for Airbnb and rentals
This was purchased for rental units. I tried Windsoft brand as a trial bases to see if the quality is what I wanted for the units. I am impressed with the softness and it is an upgrade quality to what I had been using. I am striving for customer returns and quality in my rental units and this may be by go-to for future purchases. What I like it the softness and the strength of the paper. It's definitely not cheap thin paper, which you wouldn't want to purchase for rentals anyway.

Even cheaper, if u split 2 ply into 48 1 ply rolls
I seek out the lowest possible price for an item, to get the most product for my dollar. 24 rolls for $16, =66 cents per roll of 2 PLY, 500 sheets. If I turn the 2 ply into 1 ply, I'll end up with 48, 400 sheet, 1 ply rolls. So $16 divided by 48 one ply rolls, = 33 cents a 1 ply, 400 sheets roll. That's the lowest price I can find. It's even less than half the price of Walmart's cheapest unbranded toilet paper, that is 84 cents, for four 2 ply, 150 sheet rolls. [150 sheets x 4 = 600 sheets total]' The 1 ply, seems as soft

Good toilet tissue.
It's not as soft as the Great Value Ultra Strong. But, it will get the job done! Being toilet tissue is so scarce, I thank the Good Lord that I have it.

Sturdy Product!
I purchased this product because i was curious what i would get for $10.51 since it did not say much about the product. I received 24 rolls. Not a softy product. So i alternate with soft more expensive and this sturdy product. Great for a public bathroom and if you want sturdy and cheap. Very basic product and long lasting you don't use as much did i mention sturdy!

good purchase
A good purchase, would buy again. I use this in my commercial building bathrooms. The outside wrapper sometimes needed to be rewrapped.

The rolls are tiny! Also the tissue itself is not soft. Scratchy, and feels like 1-ply. Terrible product.
