Great buy!
We love it! Brought this home and the set up took less than 30 minutes. Called the customer service line and selected the flex pack plus local channels. Working perfectly. I read the reviews before ordering and found out that if want this to work on both coasts you need to buy the dual model. There are 2 arcs eastern and western so if you want full coverage nationwide order this one. We are more than happy with this purchase.

special set up
because it is not provided directly from Dish it took a minute and calls to Dish customer service (finally getting a manager) to get it set up - it seemed to take a "trick" where you scan without connected to receiver - getting an error - then connecting and scanning again. Works perfectly once set up
