Arrived on time, very easy to assemble. Very pleased with workout.
I purchased this elliptical because it had a heart rate monitor. However, the heart rate monitor is slow and inaccurate. Despite this, I will be keeping this machine because it is quiet and smooth and it is a good value. The foot treads are a little far apart for me, but if I put my feet in the treads as close together as possible, my legs are almost in line with my hips. I am 5 foot three and 125 pounds. I easily assembled it by myself, but I like to do those kind of things.
