These work for me. Calming, less hot flashes and extreme mood swings, and definitely helps with relieving bloating. I can definitely tell a difference if I skip a few days or run out. Consistency is key with these kinds of supplements. I am sad Walmart no longer sells them in store.

ive been taking this product for years wjen yheu sold it in Walmart .. now i have to order it online and now it cost more. this past 2 months ive order im pretty sure its not the same ingredients or its a placebo. i just not feeling better. going have to find something else.

So, I've been on these supplements for a little over 3 months. I take them as nightly as instructed and yet have not noticed a single thing, but what doesn't work for me might work for others. Still getting hot flashes. No changes whatsoever.

It did not give me energy or help me sleep better at all like others. It also made me moodyoer than i already am. The Gleeful over 30 is much better.

This caused me to fail a drug test!!! It contains THC!! No where on the packaging does it tell you. I had to go to their website and found out in the help page. As soon as found this out I threw it away.
