I will buy these forever unless they change them..
I never had hardly any pms symptoms because I've been on birth control since I was 15. If I started cramping more or my acne got worse, they would just change my pill until we found one that helped and that was that. When I stopped taking birth control all of the symptoms came flooding in x10 and after having children they seem to have gotten worse for some reason. I have not taken birth control in about 6 years now but my pms symptoms had gotten really bad. Mood swings, cramps, acne all the fun stuff. I was researching natural ways to help pms symptoms and read that certain vitamins and herbs can help so these were the first thing I came across and I'm so thankful. -taste is fine for me, easy to chew, pleasant flavor -reasonable price -they totally make a huge difference in my symptoms! I can tell after only a few days if I run out of them. Even when I'm not on my period they seem to help with my skin and mood. If you have pms symptoms and want to control WITHOUT taking dangerous hormones then I highly recommend these!

Balance in a bottle
All I can say is these have been a God send. I have no negative side effects and feel more balanced than I have in years. I had no bloating through my cycle, only cramps, I chose these over the others because my system seems to synchronize with lemon balm over ashwaganda as a calming/anti-anxiety supplement. As long as the formula remains the same I will stay on these. Thank you.

Great but the taste no
Love this product and it seems to be helping. The only thing I can do without is the taste , the taste isn’t good at all and it lingers in your mouth after a good while .

Rough taste to get past
These seem to be good on the ingredients but man the taste is hard to get past, and the gritty sugar coating on them is a bit much.
