This towel rack arrived without instructions except for the wall anchors, but assembly was intuitive. It basically only fits together one way, so no instructions are really needed. If it doesn't look like the picture, you did something wrong. I can't say whether the wall anchors really are the strongest in the world, but they're certainly the strongest I've ever come across. Frankly, I think they're a bit overkill for a towel rack, but at least I know that this one will never pop out on top. You could tie down an airplane with the wall anchors they include. Speaking of which, make sure you have a 3/4 inch spade bit handy. You'll need it to drill the hole for the anchors. Also a manual screwdriver or a long extension for an electric one. There's not a lot of room by the holes to get a power drill in. I like the fact that it's stainless steel and not chrome. Chrome tends to flake and chip over time. Stainless doesn't. I also like that the corners are rounded, for safety reasons. These things are hung near showers. If someone slips and falls, I'd rather they hit something rounded. In short, I'm very pleased. This is exactly what I've been looking for for quite some time.
