Winsome Satori Saddle Seat Counter Stool, 24", Black Finish

I had it put together, too high for me. I had a handyperson trim off 1" and it worked fine. Got some rubber pads for the bottom,, so it wouldn't slip away.

These stools were purchased for my daughter, she likes them a lot. Very srurdy and was easy to assemble. They are a little higher than expected but they worked out 👍🏽

Saddle seat is absolutely the most comfortable. This particular stool was a little more difficult to assemble. However, I believe it will hold up MUCH longer. Others have lost or broken screws after use. This one seems much more sturdy!

I bought these stools for a bar counter and another set of stools for a table height. These stools have withstood daily use and heavy sitters! The other ones are coming apart, but these show no wear whatsoever. Really loved them.

I have an island and it matches the top perfectly. Seat is very comfortable. Just needs little pads for the feet so it doesn't scratch the floor. Very sturdy.

Overall have served the purpose we needed them for! The assembly was fine but there were some spots that it didn't go as it should. Some screws stripped or things didn't line up perfectly. The screw covers do not stay in and the stools also loosen up over time. They look nice for the cost though and look as pictured. They needed some time to air out once we opened the packages as the smell was strong.

Great quality. My only issue was the blots that came with the stool. They give you all the hardwear to put the stool together,(which is great) but the tool to get the bolts in is an Allen key. I found that because the stool is real wood (another reason I like the stool) that even with the predrilled holes, I needed a lot of strength to twist the bolts all the way in. I ended up going and buyin bolts and drilling them in with a power drill. I don't think I would have gotten it together with out it. The Allen key just striped the bolts that came with it.

This is one of the worst purchases I've ever made. We own two Winsome Wood stools that we purchased and assembled about ten years ago, and we absolutely love them. When we bought a larger island, I measured our stools to make sure that I was ordering duplicates. All of the measurements were identical, so I ordered two new stools. These are horrible in every way. (I've only assembled one of them and am dreading putting the second one together.) Assembly was extremely difficult. I'm not sure if the screws were defective, the allen wrench was defective, or the holes were improperly drilled. When I put the new stool beside our old one, my husband walked by and said, "wow, what happened? this looks cheap."

Not easy to put together when you finally put it together it wobbled it had no stability at all chair was broken in the first day it was put together would not Recommend this

We bought these stools not even 4 months ago and they are already falling apart which is extremely unfortunate as I had 3 of these exact stools from 2017 and those lasted me until now. I do not recommend this product and would advise everyone not to buy them.
