Winsome Wood Rochester Console Table with Drawer, Walnut Finish

I almost did not order this table as I feared it was too modern to work with the rest of the furniture I had in my living room. I decided to take a chance and am very glad I did so. By simply changing the drawer pull, I was able to change the look to a more classic piece. The color was pretty true to the picture. Assembly was very simple; two screws for each leg. The drawer even came pre-attached. The wood is surprisingly light, but it is solid wood not composite--a big plus for me. I chose not to instal the dowel they recommend to keep the drawer from falling out. I much prefer being able to remove the drawer, if needed, to look for something. Plus, the dowel was a bit difficult to put in place. Overall, highly recommended.

Despite there not being any instructions for building it - the entire top comes assembled in one piece, so it's just a matter of using the screws they provided to attach the legs and the knob for the drawer. Took me about 2 minutes.

This table exceeds our expectations. we use it in our living room to hold up our 42" flat screen. We plan on buying at least two more for the rest of the house.

Took 5 min. to screw on the legs, screwdriver enclosed, no extra tools needed. I am a 47 year old woman and it was very easy. My daughter wants one now.

In a time when solid wood furniture is hard to find at a reasonable price, this table was a surprising and wonderful discovery. The color is true, the table easy to assemble and very well made.

After a good bit of research, shopping for an inexpensive laptop desk, our efforts apparently paid dividends. This desk fills the bill perfectly for our needs. I am pretty critical on quality for price products, & can justify costs when needed but don't spend frivolously when I find something I feel will fill the bill of my needs. This desk was the best we could find in terms of quality product w/a reasonable price-tag. I would buy again if I had the need!

Color and finish were excellent- smooth, satin with consistent color. It was packaged very well with foam padding in vulnerable areas. The box was delivered with a puncture which should have made a mark on the table top, but a stiff foam pad in the box protected it. Very well made - especially considering the low price. Very happy with this table!

I wanted a console table because I just bought a new living set. I really like the table and it was easy to assemble. At first I didn't find the little white hardware box but after I located it I assembled the table in a short time. The table looks good on the wall that I had open space and it looks good with my new furniture at a low price.

After first purchasing an item that was not finished on the back, I found this console table that was finished all the way around. It was easy to put together (just attach the four legs and put on the drawer knob) and looks pretty. It is a little smaller than I expected. It matches the listed measurements, but it seems smaller than it appeared in pictures. Overall, I'm happy with this purchase and hope it lasts.
