Liquin Original is a great product. I try to use it sparingly. After 30 years of painting with a medium of Copal I had to adjust a little bit. It it is faster drying which is great most of the time. I do have times on larger works that I feel it sets up a bit to fast to continue working wet in wet. So be careful there.

Very forgiving as a dryer, maintains gloss look of wet paint. Provides characteristics of alkyds when needing to create artwork for sale in a timely manner.

New to oil painting so I ordered this because it was recommended because it dries quickly. It comes out looking like the thickness of toothpaste but clear and you mix it with your paint. You can either apply it flat as an oily overcoat or heap it up to create texture. Applied thinly it did dry overnight. The only drawback that I could find is that the odor is a little strong.

It is great to use right on your tray palette, speeds surface drying without being too fast- good with multiple techniques in oil and oil pastel work.. also use this over vine charcoal on canvas. -Professional artist/ educator

i use liquid to make my oil paints more fluid. its the best product out there!

I use this product to blend my paint and increase dry speed of paint.

Add to oil paints for thinning or thickening.

Liquin gives my paints the consistency that I desire like mayonnaise. And liquin drys over night.

Have used this for years. I really like how I can use Liquid to oil out my paintings and never have any trouble with flaking or peeling. It nicely restores the vibrancy of the color so that I can continue working on my painting as though the paint were wet. My only complaint is how hard it is to open. I usually get my husband to open the bottle, then I decant it into an old small jar with a normal lid.
