One word description, "quality"
2nd catio and this one can be described with one word, "quality". Everything is great quality, comes with extras, very nice winter cover and weather strips. Very easy to assemble, fits like a glove and with the pet door there is no leaks and the cats LOVE it. Very nice, definitely worth the extra money. My last one was great but did not last and leaked thru the plastic strips. Get this, don't waste money on a cheaper one, you will just be back for this one a year later.

My cats love this thing and spend a ton of time in it! Definitely a good purchase. It's fun to see them enjoying the rain without getting wet. install was a little tricky and we did add support on the outside under the catio. The plastic cover feels too tight to put on without heating it to stretch. I'll see in the winter. All in all, I would but it again!

Missing piece othet side expander
I would love to rate this problem if I could get it installed. I am missing a piece photo enclosed I have emailed the company several times with no response. I think I'm emailing the right website it does go through that I need this piece in order to install it then I can properly review it

Incredibly unsturdy. Doesnt fit in window snugly. The clips to seal the window in place are too small. Made of fragile wood
