Winx Club: Magical Fairy Party

First off, let me say that I'm a diehard Winx Club fan, and this was a Christmas present I received last year. judging by the setting, this is based on the fourth season characters. I play it very often, and the puzzles, though repetitive, are somewhat challenging. The gameplay is simple, the only thing is you hold the DS like you're reading a book. In each of 7 stages you help the Winx prepare for parties at their school by playing mini-games/puzzles . Each girl asks your character to help her with her assigned job. At the end of each task you are rated on a scale of 1 - 3 stars, the more stars you get the more items your character gets to use; clothes, wings, pet, and hairstyles. there are numerous ways to play each level and you can even interact with the Winx and the creations you help make at the party ending each level. All in all this is a very enjoyable game, whether you're a Winx Club fan or not. But don't take my word for it, try it for yourself, whether you're 6, 16, or even older, this can give you a challenge, so give it a try, and make your own decision. I know I did.

I bought this for my 6 year old daughter and she absolutely loves playing this game! She played until the battery died in her DSi. Then played it again after she recharged it. She even got me playing it some.

My daughter got this for Christmas. She was so excited to play it but it is oriented differently that all other DS games, she had to turn the DS up and down and that made it difficult to play. I am sure she will get used to it but it is strange.
