Once I got the ap on my phone it was breeze , no when I drive the car it recognizes my phone immediately and if my wife drive it recognize her too on my wife 2019 Honda CRV which came with wire car play which you have to attach to the phone and mess around with wire
I have a JL Audio double din in dash. It doesn't have Bluetooth car play. You can manually plug it to your phone and have all the benefits of car play…. With this device I just plug it in, hide it away and now I can just wireless Bluetooth with my phone. Connects easy every time.
Worked pretty good. There is a little lag connecting when leaving car to entering car with phone. Sound quality is pretty good. It's nice not to have to connect phone with cords. Convenient. I've been using it for about a month. No problems, other than the lag of connection.
This product actually corrupted my truck radio, climate control, and navigation! For some reason it says this item is non-returnable! Very disappointing!
Went to take it back but they won't except it with out a box so I guess now I'm stuck with it
