the set up is just as easy as using my Bluetooth for music in the car or hooking up wireless earphones or anything else Bluetooth. after reading the instructions, I started my car, waited for the car's screen to finish loading, plugged in the device to my android auto port, paired with my phone and poof! it connected and works as described and expected! I definitely recommend!

I've only used this for a few days and it has been perfect. The one I had before had a huge problem that this one fixes. Since the USB port in my Jeep would stay live after shutting off the car, I would go in the house and I couldn't talk on the phone because the carplay adapter would interfere. I had to turn off bluetooth when I wasn't in the car if I wanted to talk on the phone. This one works perfectly, connects as soon as I get in the car, and seems to be as good as built-in wireless carplay.

Highly recommend! It's easy to initially setup and reconnects easily at start up. I purchased this because I was tired of disconnecting and reconnecting my phone charger cable every time I would run multiple errands and this gadget is especially useful for grocery store pickup when you have to show pickup code to employee-no more fooling with cable.

Works right out of the box. Super easy setup. When you plug it in, indtantly turns on and begins pairing with my phone seemlessly. Would be nice to have an on/off since its an always on usb port, but certainly not upset. Only draws a small charge at any given time.

This product is great. I wish I had known about it years ago. The auto-adapter works perfectly. Instead of having to plug in a cable to hear my music on my phone, all I have to do is get in the car and it starts working. The music and voice worked perfectly well, and I'm very happy.

Very easy to set up! It was truly plug-and-play, connected to my phone in just a couple of minutes, and Android Auto works great. The connection has been fast and reliable so far, and I'm happy with my purchase. Looking forward to using it on future trips!

So far so good! I have tried expensive (Motorola) and cheap (Monster), and both died after a year of use, with no ability to repair or return or replace, but it makes sense to me that this one is more reliable given than it doesn't have a cord and is also more shaded from the heat and sunlight. It's been completely seamless so far, no lags or disconnecting, and it's easy to forget it's not just built in!

Just plugged it in and paired to phone, brought up navigation, music, everything working great. The only issue is that i wish it was USB C out the back instead of USB A with an adapter piece to plug into cars USB C port making it stick out over two inches which would have been hit or knocked by hand or something else possibly damaging the port, so I had to buy a female USB A to USB C cable, plug it in and mount the device with VHB tape to the bottom of the dash area to avoid damaging the port.

Got it worked great until It drained my car battery because it keeps pulling juice from the battery and I didn't know it. Wound up throwing it away and buying a new car battery. And there was no light on the device to let me know it stayed on after shutting off the car.
