The L1 button doesn't click down, but it works %26 i have to use force for the R1 to register. I needed a replacement controller. I bought a sony ps5 controller in the late summer... it didn't even last a year before it got stick drift. I like the feel of this controller %26 the plug stays in.. for now. Although its lighter and the buttons are louder, hopefully it lasts me for a couple of months!

So my right trigger broke when I pressed the turbo button n clicked the right trigger n it kinda jus snapped n it jus stays down I got a protection plan when I bought the controller was wondering if their was anyway I can get sent a new one or how do I use my protection plan that I paid for?

I have had this controller for a few months. It often freezes and has to be reset. I would absolutely not purchase this again.

If i could give no stars i would this controller worked for two days an stop working it was fully charged an still wouldn't work

when you turn the game on eventually after it's on you will see in the left top corner saying this controller may Misfunction and not work properly.. This morning it's actually had the R1 button stop working and now its useless. so i recommend you to look elsewhere, because this one stinks...

The remote has been continuously cutting off and on. Let along the remote was working in the beginning but it hasn't stopped with the extra blinking and the extra on and off and the extra pauses in my game i don't recommend this remote!. like look at it on the charger not even on.
