Connected easy, always connects as soon as I pull them out or one. Calls are great. Battery life is amazing! I've had them for about 2 weeks now and I've charged the case twice.They feel nice in my ear. Simple and useful! I recommend for someone not looking for brand and just wants something worth spending your money on. Jack

Do you remember how terrible the old wired Apple headphones were to put in your ears? They were hard plastic that was the wrong shape and size, and it was hard to believe how they could be so uncomfortable so quickly. Most companies have found a way to make earbuds comfortable to wear for at least a couple hours, but Hoey has done their best to recreate that classic experience of discomfort. I can't give them quite as much flak for their design around "controls", but only because most other companies are also doing a terrible job. Most earbuds have moved to having some sort of capacitive touch sensing instead of buttons, and Hoey is no exception. Now I imagine this helps longevity because there are no moving parts and with a button there would be a little crevice for dust to get in; an earbud with a button probably couldn't last more than 25 or 30 years. However, with a cheap touch sensor instead of a button, you can't operate the controls if you are wearing a winter hat (which classically covers one's ears) or one of many types of gloves. We all know that most electronics companies actively hate their users, and Hoey is no different. This is a bad product, almost undifferentiable from the sea of terrible products it is competing with.

For the $20 it cost me I would of rather put that 20 towards a better pair. These would be ok for a middle school aged child using for around the house, even virtual school work I suppose. These are not noise cancelling whatsoever! Starting from the same day I opened the box, when I turn the volume up the entire way on my phone it starts making a cracking noise at times if there's a lot of bass or more high pitched noises. It's been two weeks I've had these and I'm still thinking about taking these back. It says they are water/sweat proof, I haven't even tried exercising with these just for the fact of the false advisement of mostly everything. Do yourself a favor, save your $20 and find a better pair! I should of listened to that little voice in the back of my mind(my mother's voice)... "You wanna take the cheap route, you get what you pay for. You wanna take the more expensive route, you get what you pay for but more than likely you'll only be spending that money once."

I've tried everything I can to get into stereo mode. Followed all the instructions. Even disconnected it and reconnected it. But apparently I can't. And for some reason when I pair it to my iPhone, it's two different A1's. One is for the left ear and one is for the right year. So I have to pair each earbud.

Ok for the price but not noise cancelling. Touch controls are too sensitive. I take them out, they accidentally start playing. I put my hair behind my ear, play stops or skips to next song. Haven't used them much in the few days I've had them so I can't speak for longevity. The touch controls alone make me want to throw them in the trash but I'll get my $17 worth out of them first.

Were working great until a few weeks - a month after purchase. The right earphone wouldn't charge.... I'd have to keep moving it so it could charge. Then the left earphone would only charge to 70%. Then the screen stated messing up as you can't see the complete numbers when it's charging or only 1 number blinks. There's a lot of issues... definitely wouldn't recommend.

Dont buy. Left side stopped playing after 2 days. Does not have a 10 Meter range, it is only about 3 feet if that. Couldn't have in my pocket and still be connected ! The case is great, nice screen to tell you battery power left, and nice to use to charge phone with. But if I wanted a battery pack, I would have just bought one instead of earbuds. Only one "button" on each earbud and that is a "touch" button. Not easiest to use and when using it, it likes...loves to wake up the phones voice assistant (in my case Google). If both earbuds worked
