…it works!! I'm surprised. So, here's something: I've been trying to make this work for an hour and a half now. I was writing a one-star review, until it dawned on me… what about my case? I removed my Onn black phone case (iPhone 13), plugged it in and it works FLAWLESSLY.

Needed a cheaply priced microphone for recording videos. The mic works great, especially for the money. It's a tad bit fragile being made from thin plastic, so be careful, but it gets the job done so I gave it 4 stars. Shipped quickly.

The mic quality when recording audio was very poor, range was mediocre at best. Ease of use wise, it was simple to setup but the integrity of the actual hardware was incredibly dubious and not better than recording on the built in phone microphone anyways.

This item does not connect to my Android phone as advertised. I tried trouble-shooting (adjusting phone settings) and nothing worked to solve the issue. It does not show up on my wifi search and does not connect automatically either. If you have an Android phone, this is not likely to work for you either.
