Ordered for my son, he absolutely loves the cool neon colors and lightening design!

Would give a low battery warning and die within minutes of being in charge and randomly started having stick drift on the left thumb stick, all within a week of arrival.

Had they just sent me two of the white controllers, I wouldn't have minded. But instead, this feels like false pretenses—misleading customers with pictures of a polished, higher-quality version, then shipping out a cheap knock-off. As a Walmart member, I feel especially cheated. Customer service left me in limbo, and in-store CS even implied that I swapped the package or controllers, which makes no sense—why would I lie about this? I just want the actual product I paid for. The white controller I ordered had all the features promised (paddles, mapping, turbo, trigger speed). The black controller—supposed to be the exact same model—came stripped down with none of those functions. That's not a simple mistake, it's deceptive selling. Walmart needs both in-store and online escalation channels to properly address and combat these kinds of nefarious, intentionally deceptive practices. They need to do their due diligence before these knock-off products ever reach paying customers. Allowing sellers to mislead and trick buyers like this is unacceptable, and frankly, it makes Walmart look complicit.

I bought this controller twice. The game I primarily play with this (RDR2) uses one button more than others. I get it- it will eventually wear out quicker than the others, but 4 months? The second barely made it past the 2 months mark and the same button started sticking. I'm not a “masher” but the reality is this button is getting way more action than the others - still no reason for me to be out $40 in 6 months with 2 useless controllers. Buy at your own risk.

This controller didn't last for at least a week, but it stopped working in the middle of a gaming session when I was playing on my PC. I got mad that this controller lasted 3 days. Plus, the worker stated that the controller looks like it got refurbished more than once. Wouldn't recommend it.

It was a gift so I don't have a picture of the generic looking crumbled box! I was embarrassed to give it as a gift!

wasnt the same on bought the last time. this stays red all the time while the other one actually goes through different colors. very unhappy with this. thought i bought the exact same controller as before to fund out it wasnt. ill definitely be selling this one to get another of what i want. i hate the cintrolletd that stays only one color. walmart you can do a better job at when ut says buy again that means of the exact same thing bought as before not something else. i definitely want my money back.

received the controller today. excited tonuse it and see it light up. DOES NOT WORK. contacted the seller and am awaitong reaponse on what to do. so far seriously disappointed that it didnt work even after charging with supplied cord for over an hour

thumb buttons broke... leaving sharp and jagged edges....just poor quality.... 😡
