Jacob D. (Jabeon) provided exceptional service from the moment he stepped through my door! He was professional, courteous, knowledgeable, and extremely thorough throughout the entire TV mounting process. He took the time to answer all my questions, explain everything clearly, and ensure that my TV was mounted at the perfect height and position for my personal viewing comfort. I especially appreciated his attention to detail, patience, and commitment to making sure I was completely satisfied with the installation. Jacob truly went above and beyond to deliver an outstanding customer experience. It is refreshing to have someone who takes such pride in their work and genuinely cares about the customer's satisfaction. I highly recommend Jacob for TV mounting services and would gladly request him again for future projects. Angi is fortunate to have such a dedicated professional representing its company!

Wall mount for television is differently built to withstand a 80” television screen than I expected it would be and yes I did have my 60” television on my wall at my other house but harder to mount on wall because there is less room for wall space in this house. So needless to say I currently am not using the wall mount now. So depressing to have a product and not be able to use it. But it sure does the compassionity to hold the product on the wall for up to 80” inch television screens.

Tech did a good job on install considering he did not have to mount TV on wall…. But did not want to take the time to program Cox remote which is one of my devices i use to operate tv. Considering the 79 dollars i spent for a wall mount, he should have taken the few minutes to accomplish the programming of the remote. Too much in a rush.

I respect the fact that everyone has to make a living, but professionalism is very important. The person that Walmart sent to mount my new tv made me feel very uncomfortable. All he needed to do was replace the broken tv with the new tv on the wall mount that another Walmart tech put up when I purchased the previous tv. After paying Walmart $79 dollars, he also charged me $10 dollars for screws because he said the other screws did not fit. I couldn't wait for him to leave.

I ordered everything through Walmart the TV,the mount,and the pro..and the pro came before the item to mount my TV on wall in it's still not up as the pictures show,the tried reschedule a day I wouldn't be home which is unprofessional. cause if I paid the day I scheduled it should of been handled not 48hrs later or 5/10 business days for refund,please make sure yal don't do this to other people take one day take my money but days to return it and NO SERVICE

This service was purchased through Walmart with purchase of TV and Mount with expectation it would occur and Walmart stood behind a service they sold. Angi has rescheduled 3 times and have yet to provide an installer to complete. Based on this 1 experience I would not recommend this service and I'm disappointed in Walmart and Angi. Now Walmart says they cannot refund it and I must deal directly with Angi. Horrible customer service by both companies.

DO NOT USE ANGI!!! i purchased the wall mount with in wall wire concealment. When the professional contacted me before arriving at my home, i sent him a picture of what i needed. He told me that could only put the wall mount up and told me to cancel. I called and canceled and even asked the customer service rep if i could get my full refund since the wrong service was scheduled. He said yes. Fast foward 2 months and i finall am getting my refund for $160 only after about 6 called back and forth. They kept saying they only showed a wall mount install even though i had the email showing with in wall concealment which is a more expensive job. Its been a huge hassel to finally get my refund. Walmart wont help, only angi since it is a service through them.

I give the TV wall mounting service offered through Angi a big fat 0. But it wouldn't let me give it a 0. They rescheduled me 6 times! Finally had my son do it after 2 weeks of waiting. I will never schedule Angi to do anything for me again. Please reevaluate offering this service. It was horrible!

first of all the very first appointment, I hadn't scheduled yet, but why Angies ppl show up to my daughters home in Harrisburg Pa....the tv mountsevice is for My mom in Fairburn GEORGIA...I scheduled 4 appointments and no one showed up....so I want my money back plz
