After checking several companies, I chose Wisdom. I'm impressed with all the information provided. I didn't include any photos of my dog. She is a mixed breed and was given up to the animal shelter with her littermates. All they could tell me was her mother was listed as an Australian Shepherd. She is predominantly herding breeds with a few wild cards. The best part was the health results. Knowing these results will be helpful the rest of her life. Definitely worth it!

First of all my sweet dog was surrendered by a family to the humane society. There was no information available to me when I adopted him. I thankful for him and the availability of DNA testing. The report was very accurate it described my dogs mannerisms very well which helps me to believe the genetic information associated with the report. This report will help navigate his health care situation knowing he is only a carrier of a blood disorder and rarely causes a problem. Thank you for the fair price that will save money over time by not guessing what he might need.

This is my second time buying this kit. I used it first for our "pound puppy" Coco Chanel to try and figure out her breed. It only took 12 days from registering online to getting her results. We adopted Chito the One Eyed Bandito from our favorite pug rescue group, so we were sure he had some pug, but he was larger than our other pugs we had adopted from them. He came back as 100% pug, lol. It took longer to get his results back, but I think they are being more thorough now than in the past as far as adding on health information.

Product arrived quickly, as did results. Yes, it takes a few weeks, but definitely worth the wait. I've used this test for several rescue dogs and love the detailed information I received - a breakdown of breeds by percentage, characteristics of those breeds, and a family tree. I highly recommend this test for anyone curious about their dog's breed mix.

I got a dog free from a man giving them away at Walmart parking lot. they looked like boxer mix. But I am almost 70 so I decided I needed to know what size he would be, what breed. He was half pit bull and half stafford terrior pit. 97 percent pit. I had to give him to my son . He is 6 months and weight 80 pounds. my daughter found me a 10 pound 2 year old pup . Thank you.

I have gotten this product twice now and I have been pleasantly surprised both times. This is an excellent product and it really gave me the education to be able to train my dogs properly based on their breeds. I was really happy to know that they passed all of their other genetic tests that is done by this product.. One of my dogs was a stray and so it's nice to know what he was. It was really interesting to know that he had 9 different breeds in him and my female that I have has 8 different breeds. But the most part that was the best, they are both mostly border collie! I wasn't surprised when it revealed that my male dog also had pit bull in him. His head gave that away. I have referred this product to a lot of people so I'm hoping that they look into it and buy it. My male is the one mostly white, Kodie, and my female, Trinity, is mostly black.

My farm dog was supposed to be Aussie. picked her up and a Pyrenees was out wandering there. My pup is mostly white with a badger face a few spots. I thought daddy was probably the Pyrenees. My pup is 62.5% Pyrenees 12.5% Aussie 12.5% Collie 12.5% breed group.

We wanted to know what breeds made up our new family member! The test kit arrived promptly and was super easy to use! It comes with a postage paid box so sending it in was also effortless. Wisdom Panel let us know when they received our pups DNA and kept us updated throughout the process! Receiving the email from them with the results was so much fun! Not accurate. I understand that mixed breed dogs can have a lot of variations, but they're trying to tell me my dog is mostly boxer, beagle, pit bull and chow chow? Take a look at the attached photo and see why I find that unlikely. He has a sister from the same litter that also looks like majority black lab. He's got the Labrador soft mouth, swimming and retrieving instinct. I find it pretty hard to believe he's only 10% lab and majority all of that other stuff. Pit bull and boxer traits are usually pretty identifiable and I just don't see it, not to mention the chow chow or beagle. I didn't expect much out of this and I was right. I expected Heinz 57 results, but not with the Labrador that low on the list. I don't believe these can possibly be accurate.
