Great Storage Boxes
Over the years, I've used 8 or 10 of these boxes on my sailboats, in both the small and tall sizes. They are indestructible, the latching mechanism is reliable, and they keep stuff dry. I've used them for all sorts of things, including tools, which have remained essentially rust-free inside these boxes in what is a very damp and wet environment. I cannot recommend these highly enough.

NOT a DRY box
Really poor design. Is not even close to water proof. Gasket only seals partially. The weight of the lid from gravity is greater than the " Latch" could ever clamp down. Should have known.
