Worst experience in my life spoke to a representative named Jack, who found the whole issue , humorous, and laughed and snicker the whole time. I was calling in about my missing order. I ordered four items. I ordered two bed in a bag, and two sets of pillows I only received three items that I ordered. I did receive a comforter that I did not order. I called in and explained everything The first representative that I spoke with 4 days ago was very nice. Very customer service oriented told me that he had sent the consumer an email and to give them 48 hours if they did not respond to call back and issue of credit would be given for the missing item I ordered he did that I received emails from confirmation of him doing that and reaching out I waited 72 hours did not hear from the consumer itself. Call back to Walmart. This is when I spoke with a jack again very rude. Poor customer service thought things were funny. The calls were supposed to be recorded so I hope someone goes back and listen to it very inconsiderate. I'm ask to speak to a supervisor I was on hold over 45 minutes waiting on a supervisor named Moe who was just as rude. I'm talking he kept humming as if he could care less wanted to penalize me for not getting my items that I ordered. He wanted me to print out labels and take it to a UPS or FedEx the item that I received that I did not order in order for me to get a full refund I told him that was inconvenient. Then he told me that he would send FedEx out here however, I would have to go print out a label or my other option would be to he would send me a barcode and I could go to Walmart again this is very inconvenient for me because if I wanted to go to Walmart if I wanted to go to UPS, I wouldn't have ordered items online inconvenient because I work and he wanted me to sit here between nine and seven to wait on a FedEx man to come pick me up pick up the item. He did not want to send a gift card for gas or compensation for anything because of their mistake he told me he could give me a partial refund because I received an item that I did not order and if I wasn't willing to bring it back, he would give me a partial refund, which is absolutely insane. I ordered a bed in a bag and you sent me an individual comforter. I didn't even order I then told him to send me what I ordered, and when they were sent, they could pick up the item that I did not order he would not acknowledge or do that either I would give no stars, but it wouldn't let me leave a review if I didn't give one they don't deserve nothing. This will probably be the last time I ever order anything from Walmart online
