[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have tried several different products and protocols to balance what may be mild candida in my gut. Usually I have to stop early on due to die off and discomfort. So far so good with the Candida Rescue! I started low and didn't do it as often so that I could ease into it (which I've done with other products as well). So far so good--I feel great and have not experienced any real herxing thus far.
