I purchased this for me to ease my midlife transition. What i didn't expect was it to be so helpful in easing my daughter's PMDD symptoms! Not just the physical aspect, but we have been most grateful for the mental health support. It actually eases her PMDD psychosis. I am truly grateful! We tried so many things to help- including pharmaceuticals. This is the only product that has made an actual difference! We do two doses, 15 minutes apart, then again 45 minutes later if still needed. But she has only needed that once. Usually the initial two doses calms it all down. ❤️
