Hot Flashes gone!
I love this product… the taste is a little harsh but I mix in a small amount of water and drink. I haven't had a hot flash since I started taking it.

Can't be without!

So helpful for mood
This helped me so much with my mood during my luteal phase, it was pretty incredible. The only thing I noticed that I am unsure about is that my period was very heavy after taking it.

Not sure about the alcohol
I'm not sure why it needs the alcohol. I've reduced the amount and will see the effect in a few more days/weeks. Taste and smell is fine and the convenience of placing in any drink... let's see.

No difference
