I started taking this during PP after getting my cycle back- while nursing. I notice improvement and plan to keep taking it until I do not think I need to.

It's only been about a week so I'm hopeful it will balance me more over time! I was able to titer off the normal SSRI drugs they recommend post partum and started this as soon as I was done with it. My doctor just had me make sure to titer first since this formula has St. John's Wart which could interact with the SSRI and cause serotonin syndrome.

I had some really hard emotional days 2 days postpartum, then remembered to take this tincture and almost immediately felt a lot better.
